Corporation Bank hands over dividend cheque

Corporation Bank Chairman has presented a final dividend warrant of Rs. 65.60 crore to the Union Government at the rate of Rs. 8 per share of Rs. 10 each. The bank’s Managing Director, J. M. Garg, handed over the dividend cheque to the Finance Minister, Pranab Mukherjee, in New Delhi recently. With this, the total dividend paid to the Government for 2008-09 aggregated Rs. 102.50 crore, a bank release said.
