Real estate developer TVH has roped in World Chess Champion Viswanathan Anand as brand ambassador for all its new projects.
Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, N. Ravichandran, Chairman, TVH Group, said the company, having projects in Chennai and Coimbatore, was expanding its presence in the south. The brand had been growing slowly and steadily and had created a niche by being a customer-centric real estate brand. “The credibility factor associated with Mr. Viswanathan Anand, as a result of his impressive track record, prompted us to have him as our brand ambassador. We wanted to bring in a Chennai boy into our fold,” he added.
Mr. Viswanathan Anand said he himself was a customer of TVH and that his experience was good. “We will do some interesting things together, including chess,” the chess champion said. The association with TVH would grow in strength in the years to come, he added.
New project
Mr. Ravichandran told this correspondent that the company had entered the luxury segment on Monday by launching Quadrant, a super premium 18-storied project at Adyar.
The Rs.600-crore project, consisting 100 units and coming up on 2.2 acres, would be completed in three years, he said.
