TVH launches residential project

The Chennai-based realty developer, TVH, plans to launch its sixth residential project on the IT corridor, Navalur, Old Mahabalipuram Road. This green gated community project christened “Taus”, located on six areas, will consist of 403 apartments in 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) options.

According to N. Ravichandran, Chairman, the total cost of the project will be Rs.125 crore and will be completed in two years from the date of launch. The floor price of the project will be Rs.2,950 per sq. ft. and the size of the apartments will range between 517 sq. ft. and 3,000 sq. ft. The project, priced at Rs.16 lakh and above, is designed to be an IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) Green Homes compliant.

He said nearly 25 per cent of the land would be earmarked for construction area and the balance would be green area. One acre would be green courtyard. There would be 100 per cent rainwater harvesting and solar powered water heating. Every apartment will have access to 50-70 per cent of natural daylight.
