Tata Starbucks opens two outlets in Delhi

Tata Starbucks, the 50-50 joint venture between Starbucks Coffee Company and Tata Global Beverages, on Thursday, expanded further by opening two outlets at Terminal III of Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) domestic and international terminals here.

Avani Saglani Davda, CEO, Tata Starbucks, said: “We look forward to extending the unique Starbucks experience, and meeting the increasing demand for high quality coffee within travel channels in India.’’

To extend its presence

Starbucks plans to extend its presence in this segment with the launch of Starbucks stores at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai by the end of March.

Starbucks entered the market in October, 2012, with the launch of three stores in Mumbai.
