Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, has acquired Ecofirst Services Private Ltd., a design consultancy provider of sustainability solutions for the building environment, for an unspecified amount.
With this acquisition, Ecofirst has become a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers, which has been a leader in engineering consultancy services. “We have made a mark as a prominent engineering solutions provider with prestigious projects within India and globally.
“Ecofirst will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their sustainability goals,” said J. P. Haran, Managing Director, Tata Consulting Engineers.

Tata Consulting Engineers’ present portfolio of services will now be enhanced with the capability of Ecofirst.
