The Anil Ambani-promoted film and entertainment services company Reliance MediaWorks on Tuesday said it has expanded operations in Britain to tap business opportunities in Europe.

“As an integrated global film and media service provider, we see a strong business opportunity across Europe, which is why we are making significant investments to increase the capacity of our London lab and enable it to support work on major feature film productions as well,” said chief executive Anil Arjun.

The London facility offers front-end processing, restoration, 2D to 3D conversion and post-production services to broadcasters and studios.

Reliance MediaWorks earlier this year acquired the assets of ilab UK Ltd.

The company recently unveiled the ‘Complete 16’ scheme with Fujifilm offering a complete service package on 16mm stock, processing, clean, prep and transfer. In addition, the lab has ability to handle Super 16mm, 35mm, 35mm and Vista Vision film formats and can scan to any digital format.
