Ramky Infra ties up funds for road project

Ramky Infrastructure Limited, the flagship company of Ramky Group, has achieved financial tie-up for debt syndication of Rs.830 crore for the Hospet-Chitradurga road project in Karnataka. Ramky was awarded the project, involving an estimated Rs.1,102 crore, for four-laning of the road 199-km road stretch by National Highways Authority of India as part of the national highway development programme Phase-III on design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis. The agreement was signed by Hospet Chitradurga Tollways Limited, the SPV constituted for the project and the consortium of bankers led by Axis Bank.

Ramky Infrastructure Managing Director Y. R. Nagaraja said the financial tie-up was reflection of the trust the market placed on Ramky.
