Omshakthy Agencies (Madras) Pvt. Ltd has launched Santha Buildtechasthe umbrella brand for all its offerings in the residential segment. Santha Buildtech, as the residential arm of Omshakthy, will offer value enhanced comfortable homes. The company will invest Rs.500 crore over the next three years in real estate projects.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, R. Ramachanthran, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, said Santha Buildtechwould offer a bouquet of home solutions from budget apartments to luxury residences. the company was also launching its residential project in Avadi near here with an investment of Rs.95 crore. The project would have 500 units, with three towers and 10 floors.
The cost of each unit would be Rs.2,425 per sq. ft.
