The Delhi High Court on Friday refused to stay the order of the civil aviation regulator, the DGCA, grounding three planes of Paramount Airways out of a functional fleet of four.
A Division Bench comprising acting Chief Justice M.B. Lokur and Justice Mukta Gupta declined to stay the directions of the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation which had de-registered Paramount's three planes and directed the airline to stop flying them over a dispute over the leasing of aircraft.
