Hewlett-Packard on Wednesday unveiled its ‘Thinspiration’ range of notebooks which have long battery life, latest multimedia and entertainment features, besides being 3G-ready. The ultra-thin series, which includes a mini notebook, is priced between Rs. 23,500 and Rs. 60,000.

“With the launch of ‘Thinspiration’, it is our endeavour to provide a power packed, performance-loaded stylish ‘thin and light’ notebook experience to our consumers,” said HP’s Vice-President and General Manager (Consumer Notebooks Business Unit Personal Systems Group) Kevin Frost at a press conference here.

HP India President (Personal Systems Group) Ravi Swaminathan said the new series was 3G-ready, and with advanced mobile services being launched next year, it would give users a definitive edge and enhance their experience.

HP is also looking at joining hands with telecom operators to offer bundled products once 3G mobile services are launched.
