Medfort partners UAE hospital

Medfort Hospitals, a global superior healthcare organisation, on Tuesday announced a joint venture with Ras Al Khaimah Hospital, UAE, for setting up of ‘Centre of Excellence' for eye care.

In a statement here, Gaurav Malhotra, CEO, Medfort Hospitals, said, GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Lifestyle diseases and disorders are becoming rampant in the region.

This is Medfort's first international venture in association with LVPEI.

“Our partnership with RAK Hospital and LVPEI will enable us to create a world-class centre of excellence in RAK, with multiple spokes in the region,” he said.

G. S. K. Velu, Chairman, Medfort Hospitals, said “this collaboration comes in line with our vision to provide high quality cost-effective eye care diagnosis and treatment, covering all areas of eye care and other advanced treatment techniques necessary for eye care.”
