The second phase of MARG ProperTies' luxury villa project, Tapovan, at Pavanjur near Chennai is on, according to G. R. K. Reddy. Chairman and Managing Director, MARG Group.

Mr. Reddy told this Correspondent that “Tapovan is ideal for professionals and entrepreneurs, artist, doctors, musicians and others, who seek a second home, not only as a getaway retreat, but also a place where they stay to unlock ideas and reveal themselves. Nature and its calming influence coupled with quality time with family and similar intellectual company is fast receding under the urban landscape and Tapovan seeks to fill this gap. About 5,000 fully grown trees that adorn Tapovan are the cornerstone of its green eco-system.”

Spread across 77 acres at Pavanjur (off East Coast Road), Tapovan will have in total 124 customised and exquisitely carved villas in lush verdant greenery, and set comfortably apart from each other. The company had completed the first phase wherein 17 luxury villas, with a price tag of Rs.1.30 crore, had already been handed over to customers.

Mr. Reddy said a model luxury villa was constructed and customers could choose the size of the property, from quarter acre plots to half acre plots, for their preferred villa.

Tapovan will have other amenities such as club house, squash court, outdoor restaurant, indoor restaurant, gym, ladies lounge, cafeteria, tennis court, business centre, conference hall, basketball court, swimming pool, battery operated carts, sewage treatment plant, badminton court, library, spa and net cricket.
