Mahindra Lifespace, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched ‘Californian style' apartments at Aqualily, the premium residential community at Mahindra World City, near here.
Californian style
Aqualily is being developed by Mahindra Residential Developers Limited, a subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, in a joint venture with Arch Capital, an Ayala Group Company, a diversified business group of the Philippines.
Aqualily is located on the GST Road, at Mahindra World City and has a combination of luxury villas and apartments spread across 55 acres on the banks of the Kolavai lake.
Addressing a press conference here, Anita Arjundas, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, said the complex consisted of 151 villas and 610 apartments.
The first phase of the development comprising villas was launched in November 2009.
Choice
Now, Mahindra Lifespace was launching the apartments with a choice of three and four bed room units with floor areas ranging from 1,595 sq. ft. to 2,286 sq. ft.
She said these apartments had been designed in Californian style, keeping in mind the luxury and indulgence that customers seek for their lifestyle.
Nearly 2.5 acres had been earmarked for central park and a lake front promenade.
The club house would be equipped with modern amenities and a lake view lounge would be developed.
The complex would soon come up with a hospital and star hotel.
Ms. Arjundas said the apartments would be priced at Rs.3,000 per sq. ft. and villas between Rs.4,000 and Rs.4,500 per sq. ft.
