Kingfisher Airlines on Saturday announced the launch of nine new flights on its domestic network.

With this, Kingfisher Airlines becomes the only airline in India to offer flight services between Mumbai-Kolhapur, New Delhi-Pantnagar and Jabalpur-Indore. In addition, Kingfisher Airlines has also introduced direct flights between Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram, a press release by the airline said.

The new flights will offer the Kingfisher Red service and bookings for all flights are now open, it said.

The Kingfisher Red service features Sky Treats -- an exclusive gourmet cuisine service at affordable prices, reading material, frequent flier privileges and multiple check-in options.

Commenting on the launch of these new routes, Manoj Chacko, Executive Vice President, Commercial, Kingfisher Airlines Limited said “Kingfisher Airlines is always looking for opportunities to improve connectivity”.

“The launch of these nine new flights will further strengthen our presence in the country as the airline with the largest domestic route network,” he said.
