Infotech posts 24 % growth in revenue

Infotech Enterprises has achieved a revenue Rs.295.47 crore (with Wellsco) during the July-September quarter (second quarter) of 2010-11, registering a 24.4 per cent growth over the corresponding period last year and 16.8 per cent growth over the first quarter this year.

Announcing the second quarter results here on Thursday, Chairman and Managing Director of Infotech B. V. R. Mohan Reddy said that revenue for the second quarter without Wellsco was Rs.286.98 crore. Similarly, the company had posted a 15.5 per cent operating profit with Wellsco and 16 per cent without the acquired U.S. firm. In dollar terms, the company had a revenue of $63.5 million (with Wellsco) with 29.6 per cent increase over last year's second quarter and 14.6 per cent over the first quarter this year. He claimed that the company had a strong order pipeline and it had acquired Wellsco of the U.S. in August this year.
