Hewlett-Packard on Wednesday announced products, solutions and services that help organisations shift their IT spending from operations to innovation. Through its new offerings, HP will help organisations create self-funding projects, allowing transformation within current budgetary constraints and offer quick paybacks, besides architecting new solutions for change and freeing up funds trapped in operations.
“In this era of constant change, breaking the innovation gridlock can mean the difference between being a market maker or a follower. With HP, companies can now capitalise on change by reclaiming funds locked in operations to drive new innovation projects,” HP India Director (Software and Solutions) Kamal Dutta told journalists here.
Organisations should find ways to drive a continual reduction in operating costs through best practices and technology.
This lowered the steady-state costs of operations and reclaims funds for innovation, he added.
