Eyeball Media Pvt. Ltd. will be organising an exhibition on July 9 and 10 at the Chennai Trade Centre here. Over 30 real estate developers will showcase their properties at the expo.
The exhibition, christened Luxury Homes 2011, will showcase some of the most expensive homes with prices ranging from Rs.75 lakh to Rs.10 crore. It will consist of luxury apartments, penthouse, villas, row houses and vacation homes.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, G. Shakthi, Managing Director, Eyeball Media, said this property exhibition was going to be exclusively catering to the high middle class and elite segment of the society that has the taste for luxury living. Some of the participants include Hirco, True Value Homes, Influence Infrastructure, Phoneix Hodu Developers (The Village), Landmark constructions and Marg Properties.
He said it would showcase the Chennai's tallest residential tower, plug and play models, underwater gymnasium, snorkelling bay and townships.
