Dixit, Agrawal appointed as Indian Bank's shareholder-directors

Public sector Indian Bank has announced appointment of Chintaman Mahadeo Dixit and Narendra Kumar Agrawal as shareholder-directors of the Bank with immediate effect.

Agrawal and FMCG company Cavinkare CMD C.K. Ranganathan were appointed as shareholder-directors of the Bank on June 30, 2008.

Their three year term of office expired on June 30, 2011.

Dixit has been appointed replacing Ranganathan while Agrawal has been re-elected for a second term, a bank release said.

They would hold office till June 30, 2014, it added.
