Divi's Lab to pay Rs. 13 per share

Divi's Laboratories has posted a net profit of Rs. 214.78 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, as compared to Rs.174.75 crore in the same period in the previous year. Total Income has increased to Rs. 715.80 crore from Rs. 490.11 crore in the year-ago period.

For the full year ended March 31, 2012, the company has reported a net profit of Rs. 545.97 crore against Rs. 435.57 crore in the previous year. Total Income has risen to Rs. 1,910.69 crore from Rs. 1,344.10 crore

The company has announced a dividend of Rs. 13 per share of Rs. 2 face value for the year ended March 31, 2012.
