The Bhopal unit of BHEL registered production worth Rs.4,202 crore and profit before tax of Rs.648 crore in 2010-11. The company achieved this figure after making all internal expenses of Rs.94 crore, said M. K. Dube, Executive Director, announcing the results at a press conference here. The turnover was Rs.3,708 crore in the previous year. It has set a turnover target of Rs.5,010 crore for this year.
