Wipro partners DEN Networks

IT major Wipro, on Monday, announced a strategic partnership with cable distribution company, DEN Networks Ltd. The partnership aims at enhancing customer experience for cable and broadband business. The mandate of the alliance, a Wipro release said, is to help DEN Networks transition to a customer-facing (B2C) organisation.

This agreement will allow DEN Networks to offer SMS and BSS user friendly solutions that will allow cable operators to deliver more personalized and sophisticated services to cable and broadband subscribers at sharply improved delivery time, the release stated. It quoted Soumitro Ghosh, Chief Executive, Wipro Infotech saying, “Wipro will leverage its extensive experience in business and technology transformation, combined with platform-driven integrated delivery of IT to ensure we deliver a robust, flexible and scalable infrastructure to help DEN do business better.”
