Walmart extends reach of online wholesale platform

Walmart India owns and operates 20 best price modern wholesale stores in nine States.

Walmart India has extended the reach of its online wholesale platform to members in Zirakpur and Bhatinda in Punjab.

Walmart India owns and operates 20 best price modern wholesale stores in nine States in the country.

Its e-commerce platform is present in seven best price stores situated in Lucknow, Hyderabad, Guntur, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Jalandhar and Ludhiana.

With this launch, B2B e-commerce is now available in four out of the five best price modern wholesale stores in Punjab, Walmart India said in a statement.

“We are happy to announce the progress of our B2B e-commerce channel as we now launch the e-commerce platform in Zirakpur and Bathinda best price modern wholesale stores,” Walmart India President and CEO Krish Iyer said.

Members of best price stores can now book orders and shop online, it added.

Walmart India is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the world’s leading retailer Walmart Stores Inc.
