Telecom operators added 3.04 million subscribers in May this year, taking India’s total telecom subscriber number past the 900 million mark.
The total telecom subscriber base stood at 900.05 million as on May 31, 2013, against 897.02 million at the end of April, according to the latest data by sectoral regulator Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
