Software solutions provider Servion, on Wednesday, announced the acquisition of U.K-based JAMS, a company that specialises in the customer interaction management space.
While the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, a top company official said that JAMS clocked a turnover of $3 million last fiscal.
“This widens our footprint and network in U.K and Western Europe regions that are becoming critical for us. It will also give us a new development centre in Pune,” said K. Balakrishnan, Managing Director and CEO, Servion, while addressing reporters here on Wednesday.
“By next year we are hoping that JAMS will contribute to nearly 10 per cent of our Rs. 220 crore-revenue,’’ Mr. Balakrishnan added.
