Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC) has announced the election of S. Lakshminarayanan as Chairman of the company by the Board. He has been Independent Director of STFC since September 2009, and has been Chairman of various committees of the board.
Mr. Lakshminarayanan, a retired IAS officer, held senior positions in various ministries besides serving the boards of many public sector undertakings.
