The new HP MFPs allow for simple and more secured mobile printing, while streamlining customers’ digital and paper processes and increasing business productivity, Pradeep Jotwani, Senior Vice-President, LaserJet and Enterprise Solutions at HP, told reporters here.
Made for India
The HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP 435 was a made-for-India innovation that brought affordable A3 printing to Indian SMBs or small workgroups, with wireless direct for simpler mobile printing and a high print speed at 30 pages per minute, he added. LaserJet flow MFP M830z and colour flow MFP M880z will allow users to print safely from any near field communications-enabled smartphone or tablet.
The company has also extended the mobile printing facility to existing printer models, those manufactured from 2008, and is now working out the pricing for upgradation.
Apart from the launch of the new range of printers, the U.S.-based company also announced Managed Print Specialist Resell program, a partner-managed print services scheme that would allow the Indian customer to access HP’s MFP innovations and other services.
