Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced the introduction of the petrol powered XUV500 in select markets in India at a price of ₹15.49 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). This model will be available in a single variant called ‘GAT’ with a 6-speed automatic transmission sourced from AISIN, Japan. This variant is powered by the indigenously developed 2.2 litre mHawk petrol engine.
