LIC Housing pays dividend of Rs.5 per share

LIC Housing Finance recorded a 20 per cent rise in its disbursements at Rs.30,327 crore for the year ended March 31, 2015. Total income registered a rise of 16 per cent to Rs.10,799 crore from Rs.9,335 crore.

The net profit, after providing for Rs.130.86 crore as deferred tax liability on special reserve, was Rs.1,386.19 crore as compared to Rs.1,317.19 crore.

The board of directors recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of Rs.2 each.
