Hinduja Ventures has announced restructuring of its media vertical to enhance synergy across its various media initiatives. Ravi Mansukhani, Managing Director, IndusInd Media & Communications Ltd. (IMCL), the media arm, has been replaced by Tony D’Silva, who is at present President, Hinduja Ventures. Mr. D’ Silva becomes the MD and CEO of IMCL with immediate effect. Mr. D’Silva is being re-designated as Group CEO-Media of Hinduja Ventures. As Group CEO-Media and MD & CEO of IMCL, Mr. D’Silva will hold the responsibility to restructure entire media business and value creation, the company said.
