IMA withdraws advisory against Ranbaxy in TN

The Tamil Nadu State branch of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has withdrawn the letter of caution sent to its members in prescribing the drugs manufactured by Ranbaxy Laboratories.

After due verification, and based on reports of the Drug Controller of India, the World Health Organization, and the Supreme Court of India, the Indian Medical Association Tamil Nadu State Branch (IMATNSB) is convinced that there is no issue on the safety of these drugs.
