GMR Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Madhu Terdal as the Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from Wednesday.
The appointment came after the incumbent Subba Rao Amarthaluru decided to quit to pursue his career interest elsewhere.
“Mr. Subba Rao Amarthaluru has decided to pursue his career interest elsewhere,” GMR Infrastructure informed the BSE.
Mr. Subba Rao would, however, continue to be in the service of the company till July for ensuring smooth transition, the company said.
