D.S. Kulkarni to issue NCDs

D. S. Kulkarni Developers is issuing secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs.100 crore. The issue opens on August 4. The company can retain oversubscription up to Rs.100 crore taking the total size of the issue to Rs. 200 crore. The NCDs would be listed on the BSE.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the issue to finance its projects under development.

Speaking to this correspondent, D. S. Kulkarni, Chairman and Managing Director, said his company also planned to develop DSK Dream City, an integrated township spread across more than 200 acres on the Pune-Sholapur road near Pune.
