The Chintels Group on Friday said it would invest Rs.5,000 crore in developing nearly 15 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon and Delhi in the next 8-10 years. The real estate developer also announced the launch of hi-end residential project, Chintels Serenity, in Gurgaon.
“We are in the process of developing over 600 acres of self-owned prime land in and around Dwarka Expressway bordering and including Delhi...Work in our two group housing projects — Paradiso and Acropolis — is already on in the Chintels Metropolis which will be a self-sustained area development by us. It will provide good housing and living environments spread across three premium sectors of Gurgaon — Sector 109, 108 & 106,” Chintels India Managing Director Prashant Solomon told journalists here.
Apart from group housing, Chintels Metropolis would have recreational, educational and healthcare facilities, besides a state-of-the-art office complex called Techno Park.
“Chintels Metropolis also includes a 168-acre luxury integrated township called International City that is being developed in partnership with Sobha Developers and QVC Realty,” he added. Talking about the new residential project, Mr. Solomon said Chintels Serenity would redefine the concepts of luxury and harmony. It will have 370 neo-luxury, lifestyle 3-4 bedroom apartments, and consist of nine high-rise towers.
