Vijay Mallya-owned Kingfisher Airlines has landed in more trouble with Bangalore International Airport Ltd. (BIAL) filing a private criminal complaint with a magistrate court at Devanahalli seeking Rs. 200 crore in dues.

BIAL moved the court on October 21, filing the complaint against Mr. Mallya and others.

Kingfisher Airlines collected Rs. 1,070 from each international passenger and Rs. 270 from each domestic passenger as user development fees and passenger service fees between 2008 and 2012. However, it did not remit this with BIAL as required.

The court referred the matter to the Bengaluru International Airport police.
