Bajaj Auto on Wednesday reported 4 per cent decline in its motorcycle sales at 3,48,323 units in October, 2013.

The company had sold 3,61,186 units in the corresponding month last year, Bajaj Auto Ltd (BAL) said in a statement.

In the commercial vehicles category, the company said its sales stood at 37,000 units as against 50,316 units in the same month last year, down 26 per cent.

BAL said total exports were up 9 per cent during the month at 1,38,022 units compared to 1,26,091 units in October, 2012.

Total vehicle sales of the company last month stood at 3,85,323 units as against 4,11,502 units in the same period a year ago, down 6 per cent, the statement said.
