United Bank of India (UBI), on Wednesday, said Archana Bhargava has been appointed Chairman and Managing Director of the bank.
“Archana Bhargava, Executive Director, Canara Bank, has been appointed ... as Chairman & Managing Director of the bank with effect from the date of her taking over the charge till February 20, 2015, or until further orders, whichever is earlier,” United Bank of India said in a filing on the BSE.
