Ashok Leyland John Deere Construction Equipment Company Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between Ashok Leyland and John Deere, on Tuesday, took the wraps off a new variant of its 435 Backhoe Loader(BHL).
Price tagThe company is looking to further expand its presence in the same category with the launch of the 435E BHL, which is a manual transmission version that comes with greater efficiency and a cheaper price tag. The new variant is priced at Rs. 24.6 lakh, and is about Rs. 40,000 cheaper than the 435, which features an automatic transmission.
