Casa Grande Distripark has signed a pact with Coldman Logistics Pvt. Ltd., to build a state-of-the-art temperature-controlled and ambient goods warehouse within its Multipurpose Warehousing Park at Mappedu, Sriperumbudur.The location of the facility has been decided strategically keeping in mind the close proximity to Chennai & Ennore ports along the Oragadam–Sriperumbudur industrial cluster, according to a company statement.Spread over 2.50 lakh sq. ft., the warehouse will cater exclusively to pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food and industrial products. The total capacity will be around 7,000 pallets with 10,000 sq. ft. catering to ambient products. — Special Correspondent
