Pascal Dupuis is the General Manager of The Leela Palace, Chennai. He brings with him close to 24 years of hospitality experience in France, United Kingdom, Mauritius and India. Pascal started his career with the Negresco Hotel in Nice, one of the Leading Hotels of the World in the south of France. He went on work with top luxury hotels in Europe over the next decade including Le Meridien, Sheraton and Ian Schragger. When Asia called, Pascal eagerly accepted a position in Mauritius where he joined the One & Only Le Touessrok as Resident Manager. Before taking on the opportunity to open and manage The Leela Palace Chennai, he spearheaded as the General Manager at The Leela Goa.

Pascal Dupuis will speak on Cooking up a Storm: The Secrets of Great Food in Chennai on February 17, 2013 at the Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall in Lady Andal School.
