Mridula Koshy is a former trade union organizer-turned-short story writer. Her first anthology, If It Is Sweet (Tranquebar Press) won the 2009 Shakti Bhatt First Book Prize and was shortlisted for the 2009 Vodafone Crossword Book Award. Her stories have appeared in many literary journals, including Wasafiri, Prairie Fire, The Dalhousie Review and Existere. Her latest release is the novel, Not Only the Things That Have Happened (Harper Collins India).
Mridula Koshy will speak at a session - Border Crossings - in Chennai on February 16, 2013 at the Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall in Lady Andal School. She will also be part of a session titled The Art of the Tale: Storytellers at Work on February 17, at the same venue.
