Manish Tewari is a Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Information and Broadcasting and Member of Parliament (Ludhiana). Previously, he has served as President of the Indian Youth Congress and as Secretary and Spokesperson for the All India Congress Committee. He has also been a member of Consultative Committees in the Ministries of Law & Justice and Defence.
