AP British singer Amy Winehouse leaves Westminster magistrates court in London on July 24, 2009.

Grammy winning singer Amy Winehouse may still be in love with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil but she is suing her former mother-in-law for selling one of her love letters.

The steamy note was written by the Back To Black singer for Fielder-Civil while he was serving his prison term for assault and perverting justice.

His mother Georgette Fielder Civil recently sold the letter for an undisclosed sum, reported Sun online.

And this has infuriated the 25-year-old singer who is suing for copyright infringement and wants £50,000 as compensation.

“Amy was furious the private letter was used to make money,” said a source close to the singer.

Georgette had previously accused Winehouse of turning her son, who is currently in rehab, to drugs.

No date has been set for a hearing.
