Friend in need…
Prithviraj has a new best friend in Rani Mukherji, his co-star in the forthcoming film Aiyyaa. When shooting for the film, Rani had to mouth lines in Tamil and was facing difficult in getting the pronunciation right. Prithviraj is said to have helped Rani with the lines. Anyway, that’s what friends are for.
Destiny’s child
Luck seems to be following Taaha Shah, who made a debut in the YashRaj film Luv Ka The End . He has now bagged a Karan Johar production titled Gippy , a children’s film. The film will be directed by newcomer Sonam Nair who had earlier assisted Ayan Mukherji in Wake Up Sid . The lead will be played by a 13-year-old. Taaha is expected to play a pivotal character in the movie though.
Like mother, like daughter
Pakistani singer and actor Salma Agha may have not tasted success in India despite her film Nikaah and its songs doing well, but now her daughter Sasha is trying to get a foothold in Bollywood. And she already has a Yashraj film Aurangzeb in her kitty! In the film, Sasha will be seen romancing Arjun Kapoor (Boney Kapoor’s son) who made his debut earlier this year with Ishaqzaade .
