MADURAI: The Congress will not allow the mushrooming of terrorism in any form in Tamil Nadu and elsewhere and we will see that action is taken against people who support banned terrorist organisations, said senior Congress leader E.V.K.S. Elangovan. Addressing reporters, he said that Tamil Nadu is a haven of peace and any act of terrorism to disrupt the peace needs to be uprooted. Mr. Elangovan was all praise for Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi and the police who took immediate action and brought to book the persons who hurled petrol bombs at his residence in Indira Nagar in Chennai on Friday night.
