Students’ talent to the fore

VISAKHAPATNAM: Students of The Vizag International School showcased their talent in a range of exhibits at an exhibition on the theme ‘Environment and Our Culture’ conducted on Tuesday. The exhibition was inaugurated by K. Sumithra Srinivas. Some of the highlights of the exhibition were exhibits of ‘chemical garden’ by Santosh of Class VIII, ‘civic awareness’ by Samrid and Gaurav of Class V and ‘save water’ by Saipriya of Class VI. Some of the other exhibits displayed ancient Indian civilisation alongside Egyptian civilisation. Exhibits of tracing the history of Indian literature were also on display.

‘Art corner’ was the centre of attraction for the visitors. A huge canvas was placed there where the parents and visitors tried their hands in drawing and painting.
