NEW DELHI: Three goals each by Miguel Saragia and Simran Shergill helped Jindal/Elevation to an 8-5 victory over Navy/Tiger in the final of the Baroda Cup 12-goal polo tournament at the Jaipur Polo ground here on Sunday. Bhawani Singh Kalvi and Satinder Garcha scored the other goals for the winner. Manupal Godara fought hard for Navy/Tiger with four goals, including two in the last chukker that reduced the margin, while Akhil Sirohi chipped in with one. The trophy was presented by Prince Sangramsinh Gaekwad. Jimmy from Jindal Stables was adjudged the ‘best polo pony’ of the tournament. — Special Correspondent
