2 held for fraud

CHENNAI: Two men were arrested on Saturday on charges of forging the signature of two railways officers and transferring a sum of Rs.16.69 lakh into their accounts.

Ramkumar, and Sanjay, also known as Senthilnathan, were arrested by the Central Crime Branch (Bank Fraud Wing) following a complaint filed by Shanthakumar, Assistant General Manager, RBI.

Efforts are on to arrest a third accused, Lakshmikanthan.
