Staff Reporter

HYDERABAD: Congress legislator from Uppal, B. Raji Reddy, lodged a complaint with the Kushaiguda police on Friday alleging that supporters of the Minister for Health, Danam Nagender, attacked his driver and damaged his vehicle during the GHMC on election campaign at Kushaiguda. The police registered a criminal case under Sections 279 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code against the Minister’s supporters.

“The MLA identified one of the attackers as Bottu Venkat. He charged the Minister with instigating his supporters. It is being probed,” Kushaiguda Inspector Venkat Reddy said.
