Balakrishna confident of Telugu Desam victory

HYDERABAD: Film star Nandamuri Balakrishna has exuded confidence that the Telugu Desam would secure Mayoral post in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections by winning in over 100 divisions.
In a brief interaction with mediapersons after performing ‘puja’ for TDP’s success at Bhavani temple in Saidabad division, Mr. Balakrishna said people of the city would show that are ‘great’ by returning the Telugu Desam to power in GHMC. It was the only party that could ensure all round development as it had proved in the past. In contrast, Congress would get buried under its own weight of corruption and misdeeds, he added. It was clueless about the development of the city. Saidabad division TDP candidate Singireddy Srinivas Reddy accompanied Mr. Balakrishna.
