Woman robbed

CHENNAI: A woman was robbed of a 7.5 sovereign chain in Adyar on Thursday. Police said Rajakumari (50) of DTE Quarters near Gandhi Mandapam was walking along the road in the locality when a youth approached her for clarifying an address. As she was explaining, he snatched her chain and escaped. The Kotturpuram police are investigating.
